Recently, Hebei Xindadi and India  signed a cooperation project of prestressed sleeper production line.

    With professional technology and rich experience, Hebei Xindadi finally provided whole process turnkey service of process planning, equipment design, production and manufacturing, basic equipment guidance, production line installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service for the prefabricated prestressed sleeper production project of the project after many communications.

    This project is the first project of Hebei Xindadi in India, which marks the official promotion of Hebei Xindadi in the Indian market, and also further expands the overseas market of Hebei Xindadi.

    According to the  requirements of customers, the project provides the production of 16 types of sleepers in 6 categories, with an average daily production capacity of more than 1,200 sleepers.

    Hebei Xindadi has provided more than 970 sets of prefabricated production line systems for major projects at home and abroad. It has provided more than 200 rail transit prefabricated concrete component production lines for domestic and foreign customers.It has provided professional customized railway construction services for the construction of many overseas railways such as Sudan Eastern Railway, Ethiopia Yaji Railway, Kenya Mombasa-Nairobi Railway, Mexico Maya Railway, etc. The products are exported to 10 overseas countries, and actively contribute to the  national development strategy of “One Belt And One Road”, related products were selected into the “Recommended Catalogue of Key Products, Equipment and Technical Services of the Belt and Road”.
