Another battery mould project of hollow slab shear wall by Hebei Xindadi was successfully put into use in Anhui.
The battery mould has changed the production method of conventional flat mould. Several moulds are placed vertically to form a cavity, and special shutterings are used to complete the distribution, vibration and curing processes of the components.
The battery mold of this project uses a special shuttering to achieve accurate distributing, efficient vibration and comprehensive curing of components. The equipment has a total of 8 cavities and a planned production capacity of about 40 cubic meters per day, which greatly improves production efficiency.
Hebei Xindadi equipped this battery mould with two lifting platforms, which enabled the two cavities to operate simultaneously, further improving production efficiency. This innovative design not only optimized the production process, but also significantly shortened the production cycle, bringing greater economic benefits to customers.
During the cooperation process, Hebei Xindadi continuously optimized the production technology and operating procedures, and through technological innovation and meticulous management, successfully achieved large-scale production of hollow slab shear walls. This achievement has been highly recognized by customers.
