Recently, the first “PV Smart Beam Factory” in Guangdong Province, created by the T1 section of the Guangdong Provincial Expressway Hehui Section Expansion Project undertaken by Poly Changda, has officially been put into operation. With a total length of approximately 116.6 kilometers, it is a strategic pilot project for the “Transportation Powerhouse” initiative in Guangdong Province. Hebei Xindadi has provided intelligent double T-beam complete equipment for this project.
Hebei Xindadi has provided process planning and design, equipment and mold manufacturing, information management software, equipment installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales service for the project. The precast beam project undertaken by the company has a total length of 72.554 kilometers, with nearly 4500 precast beams.
The project adopts the “self-use with excess power generation” mode, with approximately 70% of the electricity being used for self-consumption within the factory area, and the remaining 30% being connected to the national grid. It truly achieves “zero-carbon” construction. Hebei Xindadi has also adhered to the project’s positioning of “Double Carbon, Long and Deep, Safe and Smart” in design, construction, and equipment production, adhering to the concept of green development. At the same time, it has improved product quality, providing strong support for the green and high-quality construction of the Hehui Expressway and helping to create a green corridor for high-speed transportation in Guangdong.
