Recently, the YZSG-3 project of the Smart Concrete Prefabricated Bridge Panel Production Line, undertaken by China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group 1 Co., Ltd., is in full swing. The project started in April and officially went into operation in July, marking the beginning of the accelerated construction of the entire project.

Hebei Xindadi provided the process planning, design, and complete intelligent production line equipment for the Smart Concrete Prefabricated Bridge Panel Production Line. Digital and informational technologies were used to manage all production elements, achieving the digital transformation and upgrade of the prefabricated bridge panel production process.

The project implemented an intelligent batching system and a self-elevating concrete conveying system for automatic material elevation and feeding. The intelligent curing control system provided an independent curing kiln to avoid interference from the conveying line. The intelligent central transportation system enabled flexible production and intelligent information system with transport in both horizontal and vertical directions.

By leveraging smart construction to create high-quality projects, Hebei Xindadi has supported the construction of the Smart Concrete Prefabricated Bridge Panel Production Line for China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute. This has resulted in the automation, visualization, digitization, and intelligence of the project construction process.

The project is an important part of the Jingwu Expressway and the second bypass of Zhengzhou. Once opened, it will greatly alleviate traffic pressure on the Jinggangao and Daguan Expressways, forming an important passage connecting Xiong’an in the north and Wuhan in the south. It is of great significance for promoting the transformation of Henan’s transportation advantages into hub economic advantages, as well as promoting ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
