On August 31, 2022, the fully assembled bridge intelligent prefabricated component yard of Section 2 of the G107 Dongxihu Transformation and Upgrading Project, undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., officially went into operation. The first box girder was successfully poured, marking the beginning of the accelerated construction of the entire project, and the upper structure of the bridge entered the construction phase.

The construction of this prefabrication yard began in June of this year and was completed in September. A modern prefabrication yard was built in just three months. The yard adopts digital and informational technologies to manage all production elements, achieving the transformation and upgrade of the box girder prefabrication process.
