Double-layer composite shear walls consist of two layers of precast reinforced concrete panels connected by connectors to form a wall panel component with an intermediate cavity that can be filled with concrete on-site to provide insulation.

The production line is equipped with a complete set of intelligent equipment, including automatic cleaning machine, CNC marking machine, automatic spraying machine, automatic fabric vibration compaction system, automatic stacking cart, intelligent temperature control curing system, automatic flipping and stacking system, etc. Through automated production, it achieves high efficiency, high productivity, and high-quality products.

iPC Production Management System: The production line is equipped with a precast concrete component production management system developed by Hebei Xindi.
