Recently, the first assembly-type prefabricated composite panel component production line, invested and constructed by Ganzhou Chengjian Technology Co., Ltd., was officially put into operation at the assembly-type industrial base in Ganzhou New Area.

The base has one intelligent comprehensive production line, one intelligent composite production line, one intelligent customized component production line, two steel reinforcement production lines, and one large concrete mixing station. The production equipment has realized intelligence and informationization, and combined with refined and standardized production, the quality of PC components has reached a leading level in China.

Hebei Xindadi provided the entire process turnkey service for this project, including process planning, equipment design, production, equipment installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales service.

With the successful operation of the prefabricated composite panel production line, all production lines in the base are running in an orderly manner. The total production capacity is expected to reach 300,000 cubic meters of PC components per year. The produced prefabricated components include composite panels, composite beams, prefabricated columns, prefabricated shear walls, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated balconies, prefabricated air conditioning panels, pipe corridors, etc. They are suitable for residential buildings, commercial office buildings, and other multi-story buildings. It is the largest assembly-type prefabricated component production base in Jiangxi Province.
